The Practice Staff
Practice Manager
Charlotte Cattell
The Practice Manager is responsible for the day to day smooth running of the practice and would welcome any constructive comments or suggestions from the patients.
Receptionists
Amy, Joanne, Lindsey and Tracey.
Our receptionists are fully trained and do a difficult job well. Please remember if you are sometimes kept waiting it is because the receptionist is either attending to another patient or another call. The receptionist is only following our telephone answering and other applicable policies in the practice which are aimed at the smooth and efficient running of the practice. This is especially relevant when a home visit is being requested and the receptionist has to judge the urgency of your request.
Practice Nurse

Practice nurses attend to dressings, removal of sutures, minor injections, cervical smears, health advice, travel advice, travel vaccinations, routine medical check-ups and preventative medicine. All our practice nurses have had specialist training and are available to advise on most aspects of health care.(see Practice Nurses List of jobs)
Health Care Assistant (HCA)
Sarah Pearce
HCA takes bloods from patients and sends them to the laboratory for investigations. Also carries out Flu vaccinations and is trained to give smoking cessation advice and check weights, height, and blood pressure of patients.
